Orders

An order becomes a binding contract once we send the order confirmation email. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or fall outside our shipping zone.

Pricing

All prices include 21% VAT for EU customers. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Warranty

Statutory two-year EU warranty on manufacturing defects. Normal wear is excluded.

Liability

Sauna Theory products are wellness accessories, not medical devices. Always consult a doctor before changing your heat-exposure routine if you have a medical condition.

Governing law

Dutch law. Disputes are settled at the Rotterdam District Court.
